1. How to log in to GPT?
Go to the official OpenAI website (https://chat.openai.com/) or the official App.
Click Log In → enter the account and password you purchased from our website → log in successfully.
If an email verification code is required, wait about 20 seconds after sending it, then go to your GPT order on our website and click Get Verification Code.
Enter the 6-digit code obtained into the GPT login page.
2. Why can’t I get the verification code?
Please make sure you have requested the code in the official app. Then return to your order and click Get Verification Code.
There may be a short delay; we recommend waiting 15–20 seconds before retrieving the code.
If you still cannot get the code, please contact our online customer service for timely assistance.
3. What if the password is incorrect?
Please check whether the password on your order has been updated. Use the latest password shown in the order to log in.
4. Can I log in to GPT on multiple devices at the same time?
You may log in on multiple devices, but only one device can be online at a time.
5. What should I do if a blank page appears or it fails to load after login?
Try clearing your browser cache or switching to another browser, then log in again.
