1.What should I do if I forgot my password?

Go to the Spotify login page and click “Forgot Password”, enter your registered email, and the system will send a password reset link.
If you are using a 2-month independent account and encounter a password error, please contact online customer service for assistance.
2.Why can I only play on one device at a time?
A Spotify account can be logged in on multiple devices, but only one device can play music at a time.
If another device starts playing, the original device will automatically pause. This is a Spotify usage rule.
3.Can I listen offline?
Premium members can download songs to mobile devices or computers and listen offline without an internet connection.
4.How do I renew my subscription?
2-Month Independent Account: Renewal is not supported. Once your membership expires, please repurchase and we will provide you with a new account and password.
Personal Membership Top-up: Simply place a new order after expiration, and we will top up your account according to the order.
