Mobile login: Open the Max app → select Log in / Sign in → enter the account and password from your order.

TV code login: If your TV does not support text input, a login code and website (e.g., tv.hbomax.com) will appear on the screen.
→ Open the website on your computer or mobile browser
→ Enter the displayed code
→ Log in with your Max account and password
→ Once authorized, you can start watching.
2. Which devices are supported?
Max can be used on mobile phones, tablets, computers, smart TVs, and game consoles.
3. Can I watch offline?
Yes! Max provides a download feature. After logging in, you can download videos to your mobile device for offline viewing.
4. Which video qualities are supported?
Max supports up to 4K UHD, HDR10, and Dolby Vision, as well as Dolby Atmos (compatible devices required).
